Poppy Express is where we meet you at your destination and make it beautiful. You've handled all the planning and logistics, we come in with our custom design that reflects your journey. Our décor and florals will set the mood, tell your story, and create a feeling you and your guests won't forget.

CONSULTING
When you know what you want the end result to be, but just not sure of the steps to get there - this service is for you. You can schedule a "get in our brains" session by the hour (additional sessions can be scheduled at a reduced rate). We can help give you action steps and deadlines to get your event planned perfectly. We can meet you at your venue, or help you select your venue. Wherever you are in the planning process, we can meet you there.

MEET & GREET
We'd love to get to know you and you probably have a few questions for us. Let's meet and learn a bit more about each other and see if we are a good match. If you like what you hear, we'll work on a custom proposal that includes your vision, priorities and must-haves. The proposal will include a realistic budget to achieve your ideal celebration.

ARIAL VIEW
We will create your event timeline with milestones and due dates. With your priorities in mind, we'll secure the best talent for the event - venue, catering, entertainment, photography, transportation and more. We put ourselves in your guest's shoes and think of them every step of the journey.

ROADMAP
Time to get down to the details. Together we will fine tune all aspects of the event. From the welcome party to the sendoff we will cover all the fine points. We will talk through the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and take care of those last minute preparations. Your destination is in site - and it is the most fantastic view.

SCENIC OVERLOOK
Every moment from a guest's arrival is an opportunity to create a beautiful memory. We love the collaboration experience as we hand select each décor element and floral statement. The ambience we will create will set the tone for an unforgettable affair.

Each decision you've made now comes to life. From the moment Poppy Lane arrives onsite, we will handle every single aspect of the celebration. From the deliveries, set up, event flow, transportation, timelines and everything in between. Our intention is to be 5 steps ahead, anticipating any needs. We have reached your destination...but this is where your adventure begins.
