What's the difference?

Don't you love to play that picture game - where you spot the subtle differences in the similar pictures? Choosing what type of services you want from wedding planners can sometimes feel like you are looking at the same picture - a perfect wedding. Well, we are going to point out all the differences.

Day-of Coordination

The title is a bit misleading. Coordination takes time and planning. You have authored the day and we just narrate the story.

  • Gather all your information about the vision and design.

  • Work with the vendors you have chosen and coordinate with them for perfect execution.

  • Helps create the timeline for the day.

  • Orchestrates the ceremony to stay on schedule.

  • Coordinate set up and take down of the wedding day.

After you have us scheduled to be your coordinators, we will remain in communication all throughout your planning process. We start our formal work typically two months before the nuptials.

Full Service or Partial Planning

We are not going to lie, we love to plan. Full service planning is where we will put in somewhere between 150 and 200 hours to making your wedding perfect.

  • Providing vendor referrals and negotiating the contracts.

  • We are budget savvy and we determine, manage, and stick to it.

  • We work with you to come up with your perfect style and design a wedding that matches your uniqueness.

  • Arranges hotel blocks and transportation for your guests.

  • Manages the rehearsal.

  • Oversees everything on the wedding day.

Partial planning is just that, take just what you need from the full service. You have selected most of your vendors, you have a sense of the style you want - you just need us to fill in a few of the detailed tasks.

Either option is a great choice to reduce that wedding stress. If southern Utah is your choice for a destination wedding, let us use our experience with local vendors to find the best quality and value.
